Online Tournaments at Bet 365 Casino

July 16, 2009

Two huge online tournaments will be played in the coming week at Bet365 Casino and players would do well to mark those dates in their calendars. Both tournaments offer a guaranteed prize pool of $10,000 each and in each case prizes will be offered to 150 players. The first event titled Spinner Winner will be held on July 18. The second event titled Blackjack Bonanza will be held on July 25.

One interesting feature about these online tournaments is that players do not have to win in order to get a share of the prize pool. They simply have to wager and whether they win or lose does not count. Players will receive one Comp Point for every $10 they wager on the allowed games for each of the tournaments. The more Comp Points they accumulate the higher they will progress on the leader board and give themselves a chance of winning one of the 150 prizes available. The leader board will be live during the tournaments and players will be able to locate where they stand and also how much they need to wager in order to be among the prizes.

The prize pool of $10,000 will be distributed as follows. The player with the most Comp Points, who is highest on the leader board, will win $2000. The player in the second place will win $1000. Thereafter prizes start falling and the player in the 10th place will win $100. The players in the 11th to the 20th places will get $70 each. Players lower down in the leader board will win lower amounts. Finally the players in the 51st to the 150th places will win $20 each. There is an eligibility condition for players wanting to participate in these online tournaments. Each player has to deposit at least $50 during the promotion period.

The Spinner Winner is a roulette tournament. It will run from 00:00 GMT until 23:59 GMT on July 18. Comp Points obtained on all variations of roulette games offered at Bet365 Casino will count towards the leader board position. These include European Roulette, American Roulette, Roulette Pro, Live Roulette and Mini Roulette. If the players play other games during the promotion period and earn Comp Points, those Comp Points will remain with the players but will not count towards the leader board position.

The Blackjack Bonanza will run from 00:00 GMT until 23:59 GMT on July 25. Comp points earned on Blackjack, Blackjack 3-Hand, Blackjack 5-Hand, Blackjack Pro and Live Blackjack will count towards the leader board. If players win while participating in the Spinner Winner or Blackjack Bonanza tournaments they get to keep their winnings.
