Cantor Gaming Approved to Operate Mobile Gaming

November 27, 2008

The Nevada Gaming Commission has recently given final approval to Cantor Gaming for them to operate mobile gaming in the state of Nevada. This approval follows after an extensive trial period at the Venetian Casino in Las Vegas.

The period of extensive trials that were held in Las Vegas were in order to strictly monitor and test Cantor Gaming's mobile security measures and processes in the light of Nevada's rigorous operating standards. By passing the tests and being approved by the Nevada Gaming Commission, Cantor Gaming is now free to offer its mobile gaming products to any Nevada casino.

In May 2006, Cantor Gaming became the first company to be provided with a license from the Nevada gaming Commission that allowed it to manufacture, distribute and operate mobile gaming systems. Earlier in 2008, Cantor Gaming signed a long term agreement that allows it to be the exclusive provider of mobile gaming services to the M Resort, spa and casino – the new $1 billion resort in Las Vegas. It is also the exclusive operator of the sports book for the casino. More recently, in October 2008, Cantor Gaming signed an agreement with GTECH's Atronic which allows them exclusive use of a wide range of games for its hand held and online game products.

The President of Cantor Gaming, Lee Amaitis stated that they are delighted to have reached this point in the development of mobile gaming in the state of Nevada. He stated that the technology and the processes that support eDeck, the mobile gaming device of Cantor Gaming and the integrity of the company itself were thoroughly assessed by the Gaming Control Board and the Nevada Gaming Commission.

He continued to say that Cantor Fitzgerald has proven itself with a long history of using state of the art technology to support highly secure financial transactions.

He ensures the public that these same rigorous standards have been applied to the development of their mobile gaming platform. Amaitis continued "approval by Nevada's Gaming Commission is the gold standard for gaming regulation and we are honored that they have recognized our commitment to the gaming industry."
