Cryptologic Casual Online Casino Slots Games

Cryptologic offers slots games in its Casual Game series. These work in principle like the normal slots games but appear different. They are based on popular games. These slots are Bejeweled, Jenga, Cubis, Sudoku, Sweet Thing and Jewel Quest.

Bejeweled has brightly colored jewels as symbols that appear in a 5 x 5 matrix. The game has ten paylines, five running vertically and five horizontally. On clicking the play button the jewels fall into place. If there are any winning combinations then the payouts are added. The symbols in the winning combinations then disappear and fresh symbols falling from the top take their place. If there are new winning combinations then the payouts are again added. This process continues till there are no winning combinations in the matrix. The Bejeweled symbol is the wild symbol. If five Bejeweled symbols appear on payline 10, then there is a jackpot payout of 20,000 times the line bet.

In Cubis the symbols are colored cubes arranged along three faces of a larger cube. The arrangement has 15 paylines of 10 cubes each, which is like a 10 reel slot game. As in Bejeweled symbols in winning combinations are removed and others take their place. The wild cube comes with a random multiplier. There are line bombs, square bombs and nuclear bombs that destroy a large number of cubes and replace them with fresh ones. The maximum payout is 50,000 coins.

In Jenga the paylines are in the form of layers of a tower that is made up of colored blocks as symbols. The game can be played with 18 layers or 9 layers. Blocks of identical colors in a layer make up a winning combination. Blocks of the same color linked across layers also make up a winning combination. There are special symbols in Jenga. The magic block randomly transforms the colors of surrounding blocks to a single color. There are layer bombs that destroy and replace 2, 4 or 8 layers of the tower.

Sweet Thing is very similar to Bejeweled, except that it is played on a 3 x 3 matrix and has delicious sweets as symbols on the reels. The highlight of this Casual Game slots from Cryptologic is the bonus game on the second screen. Four matching pairs of symbols are shown. Players have to reveal as many matching pairs as possible in the time given. The maximum prize in Sweet Thing is 3,000 times the triggering bet.

Jungle Quest is five games in one. The first level is played on a 6 x 10 board. As in the other Cryptologic Casual Game slots the winning symbols are removed and others take their place. But Jungle Quest has an additional feature. The tile below the winning combinations turns gold and remains that way till the end of the game. When all the tiles have become gold the player gets a bonus payout and proceeds to the next level where he plays on a board of a different configuration.

Sudoku is laid out like the popular puzzle game. The numbers on the diagonals of the mini squares change with each spin, whereas the other numbers remain constant. Payouts are made for completed Sudoku rows and columns, which have all 9 numbers different. There are two bonus features, the Free Games Feature and the Sudoku Feature.
